Current draft for review

Terms and Conditions

The text below is the app’s current draft. It has not been finalized for public distribution.

Draft for review · October 1, 2026. These terms describe the current app and should be reviewed before public distribution.

Purpose. My Medication is a personal record of medication information you enter. Review names, strengths, quantities, schedules, and notes against instructions from your healthcare professional. The app does not prescribe treatment, check drug interactions, or guarantee that a medication is safe or appropriate for you.

Your records. You are responsible for keeping entries accurate and current. Consult your healthcare professional before changing medication or dosing. Do not use the app as an emergency service.

Medication alerts. Medication alerts are a convenience and can be delayed or unavailable because of permissions, device settings, Focus, system limits, or synchronization delays. Reopen the app regularly to replenish scheduled medication alerts and after changing time zones. Keep another way to track important doses.

Storage and synchronization. Records are stored on your device. When configured and available, iCloud synchronizes records through your Apple account. Offline changes and changes from other devices may take time to appear. Check synchronization status and review any conflicting edits.

Archiving and deletion. Archiving retains a record. Permanent deletion removes its medication details from the app’s active storage and queues deletion for synchronization. Other devices must synchronize to receive that deletion. Keep copies of information you need before deleting it.

Review before release. The publisher must confirm final terms, privacy contact information, and the application website before public distribution. No support address or website has yet been supplied.
